(Pre) Order Confirmation:

Once we have received your order and payment has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Remember, after the 24-hour period, the order cannot be canceled as we will have already started the production.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Customer information:

Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been dispatched. 

We are not responsible for incorrect data or incomplete information such as address, name, telephone number, etc.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return. *You can request a return in our section: process a return*. Once your request is received, we will send you a confirmation email with the steps to follow detailed below. From this moment, you have 5 days to process the shipment.

*Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns by the moment. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return*.

Steps to follow:

First, you have to access our returns portal and follow the steps to process your return.

Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email in which we detail the address to which you must send the package. You choose everything else: carrier and type of shipment.

Remember that for a return to be effective, the product must arrive within the estimated time and in the same conditions that you received it.

The returned items should be packaged in their original condition with the original labels. Items must be unworn and all swimwear bottoms must be returned with the original hygiene sticker. You can reuse our shipping box or use a new one.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

We will refund your return when we have received the product and it has been approved for return. Please note that it may take a few days to appear in your account depending on the bank.

Delivery failure:

Correos Spain – Home Delivery. If after two home delivery attempts, the delivery cannot be done, a notice will be left in the mailbox with details of the office where you can pick up your package within 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us.

InPost/Mondial Relay shipment. In both the Locker and the Pack Point the package will remain at your disposal for 8 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to us.

Currency Conversions:

Currency conversions are estimates as the conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. Your order total will display in EUR at checkout and all order confirmation emails and invoices will display in EUR.

Duties and Taxes:

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country (this applies to all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union). These expenses are not our responsibility and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. As you may be required to pay duties or import taxes, it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the tariffs apply in your country in terms to avoid any surprises.

Please note that if you choose to reject a parcel due to import taxes or duties, any shipping, return costs, customs fees or handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
